i co signed with a family applicant on a vehicle and now i am in a mess. this familial member is almost 3 payments behind and lying on that has had his license revoked for 5 yrs for dui. in a minute he is also unisurable. we would like to refinance the vehicle and remove my name but i don't know how we can do it. does he own to get a nondrivers id since he in a minute has no license? will a bank refinance to a party for a vehicle if they only have a non drivers psyche and will carry insurance on the vehicle? also what type of insurance can he get within his name if the vehicle will be parked and not driven. the bank by decree will want insurance placed on the vehicle but i don't know what kind he can get surrounded by his name. please, please help!
