if they run your tags then YES they can! it happen all the time in charlotte. i didn't hold my card on me when i went thru a DUI check and they ran adjectives my info and told me it was ok because they could see that everythnig was valid.
No...but they can narrate if you've been involved before and not have insurance. Like if you had a ticket before and didn't ahve insurance.
