Progressive Insurance Claim Question?
I was rear terminated by a progressive customer and the insurance lady came out to do an initial estimate, and she issued me a check for 400 for copay to walk to the doctor and time and what not but she said I can also get a check for what my medical insurance paid, approaching I payed 50 dollars to go to the doctor as a copay, but she said they can issue a check for the x-rays and everything else my health insurance covered. Has anyone ever hear of this and do they send the check directly to you or do you have to call for and get it done?

If your health insurance salaried for injuries related to a car quirk, it is possible they will look for reimbursement. You will probably have to reimburse them with the money you receive from the insurance company. You cannot collect twice surrounded by most states. There are exceptions. The at-fault driver insurance company "auto" suppose to pay for everything to be precise why the policy of the at fault driver suppose to have at lowest 25/50 25k per person 50k per occurence. You must be careful when dealing beside these insurance companies. They are suppose to pay for all your Doctor bills that occur at the time of this accident. For an example I am currently going through a settlement right now for my daughter, my nephew and myself, we be in a 3 car happenstance and the at fault driver had to foot for everything Doctor bills, totaled cars, etc. My daughter insurance company put a lien out for when she do get her settlement.. My daughter skull was cracked and depressed into her brain she have to have brain surgery and also have to pilfer medicine now to prevent her from have seizures. My neck and backbone was messed up pretty badly to where on earth my neck bone was shifted to the disappeared and my back bone look like a curvy road presently and now I am always have back pain I cant remember ever have back or neck throbbing until after this accident that we were contained by. The at fault driver was given a ticket for travelling to close to the vehicle that hit us chief on.... I said that to say this you do not have to payment any out of pocket expenses for your doctor bills that occurred do to the cause of this twist of fate.
