Progressive insurance coverage?

If I'm under my parents' insurance policy, but I'm not living at home with them, will Progressive not cover me if my parked saloon was hit by someone else?
Answers:
are you a full time student? are you the designated driver of that vehicle? does your policy have uninsured motorist coverage? if so next it should cover you Source(s): been working at a body shop for 18 yrs
Yup, as mentioned, as long as you're listed and the vehicle is nominated, coverage should be provided. Carriers allow for their insured's to disclose where the vehicle is "garaged" (located). So just to be sure, phone up Progressive and make sure they know the car is "garaged' away from the primary address. Unless it's a _long_ method away, it should not make any difference (i.e. the rates might be different if it's far plenty away from the primary address... could be higher, could be lower).
Hmm... It should cover you as long as the premiums are paid up. I don't cogitate that it would matter if you don't live with them. For example, if your sports car was hit in a parking lot of a store it would cover the misfortune. I would think that it was like peas in a pod thing.
