I'm have gradual progressive pains on my sides and stomach near no strength insurance. What should I do?

For the past few weeks, I've been have these kinda dull pains on my left and right sides near my hips. It's also occuring within my stomach but not as bad. It started off mild, in recent times a little ache here and nearby, and I was hoping it would just stir away on it's own, but it isn't. And now, it's everyday. When I'm sitting down, there's hardly any discomfort, basically mostly when I'm active. When I get up contained by the morning, there's no pain, but after about 20 minutes of person up and active, it starts up. It's not severe, but it is kinda making me worry. I'm short health insurance at the moment, I used to have it but permit it expire because I couldn't afford it. I'm afraid if I get health insurance, and later complain about my pains, they won't honor it and I'll end up paying more. What should I do?
