Do I inevitability a advocate to receive money from progressive motor insurance for misery and suffering or will they settle?
I was in a motor accident 12/27/09. I was 3 months pregnant so they wouldn't hold x-rays or perform an MRI. My doctor sent me to physical therapy. I go to physical therapy for 4 months, then they stopped my physical dream therapy. My physical therapist said it was "whiplash" and a "separated shoulder" none of which show up on x-rays once resolved. I have my baby, then have an x-ray which was normal. My arm still get very weak but at hand is really nothing I can do about it. Do I own a case? Do I need a legal representative to get some funds from progressive for pain and suffering, or will they provide a settlement of some sort?
