Why am I(the spouse) not timetabled on Aenta's online depiction for medical insurance?
My husband signed up for medical insurance through his place of employment in Dec. I have nonetheless to receive any information, so I went online at aetna.com to register. Well, I was competent to register him. However, the list of covered members did not include me. So I tried to register using my own information and it said I be not authorized. It's already been taken out of his check, for him and myself. What could be the problem/?
