I am happy to inform you but you do not have to do this. The insurance company is basically screwing with you. Basically, they are truism if you cannot come up with proper info they will either afford you a super low price or nothing at all. No... it doesnt work that road.
I dont know what the deal is with your travel case but it doesnt matter much. I will guess you are not at fault and the other company is playing hardball. This is what you do.
