Why won,t insurance companys adopt no claims built up on a motor trade policy?

i had 65% when i took out motor trade policy from a private car policy

Because motor trade policies are simply that, trade and not private/individual policies.
So as an individual you have not actually gain any NCP.
Same as company car drivers often cannot use their years driving co. cars for personal ncb.
