United Kingdom motor insurance companies reviewed? Best and worst claim payers?
Could someone please give me a link to a webpage which have a list of the 'worst' insurance companies - the ones who are slowest or most reluctant to pay out surrounded by the event of a claim?
Reports of your personal experiences with claims are also welcome.

I'm insured via kwick Fit, the actual Insurance company is Fortis. When my car was stolen roughly speaking 3 years ago, they paid out within a week of the thieving (they need a police crime number).
Also they are consistently cheaper than just in the order of everyone else.
avoid DirectLine like plague. someone broke into my car to whip the radio 2 months ago and my car hasn't been fixed all the same. Directline sent me to a very dodgy garage where adjectives the staff look like they've escaped prison. they are slow, rude and they have their lunches contained by my car and took all the petrol stale it.
Beware also, DirectLine is closed on bank holidays. My car be broken on a Saturday and I had to wait until Tuesd to take some assistance.
They also do this annoying thing to send you to one place to fix the chalice damage, to another place to fix the radio and to a third place to fix the dent, etc....
Check first if they accept for you to stir to your usual car dealer/garage.
A cheap insurance is not always a appropriate bet.
