Are live animals covered by motor truck goods insurance?
In a case where most of 60 herald of cattle were killed surrounded by a motor truck cargo loss, are the remaining cattle, those that were not kill, excluded?
Answers:
Obviously you meant for death or loss of expediency.
That would be covered only if live animal cargo is specifically programmed on the cargo policy. Cargo policies are very specific.
The remaining live animals would not necessarily be covered unless shabby or injured to the point that they would neede to be destroyed and therefore unable to be sold.
Covered for what?? If they're alive, what are you covering them for? Where is the loss? You DON'T achieve vet bills paid.
MTC is usually scheduled - so it would depend on the rota. It might be on a reporting form, so it would depend on the policy & endorsements.
