How much would motor insurance cost me?
Hi, im nearly 21 and a female. I cant actually ride a motor bike atm but want to cram as i am in love with bikes. However i dont know how much it would cost me to insure one. Obviously i would hold to ride a 125cc in the first year but thats cool, gotta start somwhere!! I have private parking and live within a nice area of glasgow??
Any rough ideas??

Start with a Scooter. They are cool.
Hi,
First get driving lessons and swot the rules of the road & then start Make sure you are fully confident on the road and you know what you are doing. My guidance is shop around. Dont take the first price you get. Check out who's your people insured with or friends and maybe you might attain a better deal
My first motor insurance surrounded by the UK was for a 125cc, non uk citizen (EU citizen though) and the cost was lb280 for one year.
I have a certified lock, off street parking, aged 25.
You might get alike rate or even if you are a uk citizen.
You might get discount if you ve got a garage to lock your bike contained by.
Cheaper also if you decide not to carry any passenger...cheaper if you get an alarm...
My second year was individual lb180 !

You start near CBT and then get on a 50cc scooter, after a few months, if you are still alive, book some curriculum and a bike test on a bike with gears. The rules are complex and are a short time ago changing, ask bike shops in your nouns.
Shouldn't cost you to much - you're over 18, female and it's a small bike. I would articulate roughly around 300-400GBP per year. Have you tried doing a search on Google for "motorcycle insurance"? You can then get hold of some more accurate quotes than here. Source(s): Systems Engineer for large bank
