I get 6 points driving a coup¨¦ short insurance and presently i want to insure my motor bike, do i enjoy to put in the picture the?

i got 6 points driving a car in need insurance and now i want to insure my motor bike, do i have to enlighten the insurance company that i got 6 points driving. which will increase the policy. or r they just interested within riding points, of which i have none.
Answers:
You now own a IN10 on you licence for 4years now and + your 6 points you have to relay the insurance to be covered or you could loss out. you cant join the police, fire service. That is the truth. But your insurance wont go up by much beside a IN10 but the points will make it higher.
Your 6 points are on your licence, and you use your licence for driving a coup¨¦ and riding a bike. The insurance company needs to know about the 6 points, and where on earth they came from. Else, if you make a claim and they find the 6 points, they will call off the policy and keep the money.
yup because they will find out even if you don't tell them, and afterwards you'll get in through **** for lying. trust me, i work in insurance, there is not much you can hair.
With the freedom of the road comes responsibility.. your name will be on a road traffic conduct yourself list of uninsured drivers now. Car , motorbike , van , pcv or hgv...it make no difference , you've broken the law.
Driving is getting very expensive , but that doesn't bring in it any better for people like you to give somebody a lift chances with other individuals lives. I know the type... "It will never happen to me"---- and it did.
MOTs , tax and insurance registers are adjectives combined now and the traffic cops can and will stop you a a seconds distinguish.
Tell the truth , or you will be in deep s.h.i.t. subsequent time
You are required to tell any motor insurer of ANY points you hold had in the ultimate 5 years. That is the law.

Failure to disclose a "material fact" as it is particular, is fraud. This can result in a prison sentence.
It makes no difference whatsoever whether it was a coup¨¦ you were driving or a bike. You MUST answer all question they put to you fully and truthfully. Failure to do so will render your insurance invalid and you could face prosecution. And rest assured they will find out!
You must tell your insurane about any points no business what the vehicle is because they can invalidate your insurance if you need to make a claim and own not informed them of any points wether on your licence or (pending any court appearence)
Dont concern if you do or dont they run your numbers and find out anything on them anyhow. Source(s): Experiance
Sorry, but yes you do have to. If you do not avow it, and you have an accident, and more prominent if they find out about the 6 points, it WILL invalidate your insurance and they wont have to foot a penny on any claim. If 3rd parties are involved, they will be forced to sue you in court, and you may get hold of ANOTHER 6 points for failing to insure yourself - properly - hence A DRIVING/RIDING BAN! Insurance companies have got severely good at finding these things out due to National databases that all insurance companies use for cross-checking individuals. When you make enquiries on the phone, they even lie detect you as you speak, so be aware!
Yes. If you hurt or gun down someone, and are privately sued, and your insurance company doesn't cover you because you BS'd on the form, what then? Short jail permanent status methinks. Just remember here, you are thinking of commiting insurance fraud.
You will need to share them and if you don't they will find out sooner or later and could back charge you the difference for lying. Source(s): 923
If you have points anywhere, they'll be on all your license.

Like, when I was in Florida, I get a ticket while riding my bike (!) and I had to go to bike sanctuary school so I wouldn't get points on my driver's license. I have it in mind my BICYCLE, not a motorbike/scooter/motorcycle. 2 wheels, no motor, bike.

They'll know about your points. You won't enjoy to tell them.
always tell the truth .
if it comes out that you enjoy with-held or not told the truth your insurance will become invalid.
its not worth the risk.

Yes, you do stipulation to tell them about any criminal conviction. It's not worth the risk as they can turn down any claim if you don't disclose it, and it comes to pallid. Having said that, it's gonna be pretty expensive, but less than if you end up have to pay yourself if you injure someone or destroy their saloon. Source(s): I work in the insurance industry
Believe me before an insurance company will issue a police, thy check with the DMV. If it is on your journal, thy will know even if you will not tell them. On the app, it ask questions around that and if you lie, it can be held against you
If the premium is to high shop around. Source(s): Dons Auto Service
Yes you will have to make clear to your insurance company unless you want an increasein your premium later when they run their routine Motor Vehicle Report or CLUE reports.
It is always best to be truthful.
You don't own to tell them. They will find out on their own. If you lie, your rates will evolution when underwriting comes back near the real price.
You have to report them, it`s the licence not the vehicle they`re interested in.
