Do Ford transmissions and motors hold insurance until 50K miles?

I have a ford mustang 2004, and my transmission have a problem, i heard that all Ford transmissions and motor are insured by Ford Company until 50K miles. So if you enjoy a problem you can go and get it fix next to no charge, is this true? How many miles?
Answers:
Your car mortal a 2004 only has a powertrain warranty of 3 years or 36,000 miles. Unless it have a extended service plan. You can go to the dealer and they can run your vin number and check weather or not you own an extended ford warranty.
Did you buy it new? Go to your local dealer and ask them to hold you considered for "AWA", after warranty assistance.
If you bought it used, odds are they will not help you.

I used to work for Ford and unless they changed the rules, a contractor can offer partial assistance upto 50,000 miles and their factory Customer Service Manager can go to 60,000 miles.

There will be some expense on your sector. They will not fix it for free.

If the dealer does not help, consequently contact the Ford Customer Assistance Center. 8OO-392-3673
