How much is motor trade insurance?

I know this is a bit of a vague question! I am 26, verbs license, 1 years no claims and would be working from home buying and selling lb5000-10000 cars. Any ideas or how much do you pay if your within the trade yourself? Cheers.

you will need a trade plate from dvla (car registration plate with red packages and numbers) that holds its own traders tax disc and then insure that plate third knees-up i believe. go to your local garage and ask the owners what the costs are.
Hi I got a trade policy I pay for it monthly at the moment at lb42 to a company call Monthly Motor Trade.
It works out to be just over lb500 a year
I could probably get it a lttle cheaper tho if I looked in the region of a bit.

I'm paying about lb500 for my Trader insurance, fully comp.
Got it through my local broker (but they are good).
I would not bother near the (red) trade plates, they are too restrictive, and are not a lot of use.
You may need proper premises
