I tatty the motor by bumping a cement parking block,Is it covered lower than motor insurance?
I bumped a cement parking block with my car ,Would it be covered lower than car insurance because the crank pulley is bent and it goes thru a quart of grease a week now.

Do you have collisin coverage? Call your insurance agent and put surrounded by the claim. You will have a deductible and your rates will probly go up if you put surrounded by the claim.
Because this is probly an expensive repair you might as well put in the claim, if you enjoy collision coverage.
