I hold a 2006 Honda Civic & the motor blew! Will Insurance cover that?
I was driving down the highway and my car started smokin' and afterwards I pulled over and the motor blew! Its way too new to lately go get a alien car because I still owe 18 grand! BUT it does not enjoy a warrenty becuae it has 47,000 miles and my warrenty was 3yr/36,00 miles. SO, will my insurance cover it? do most insurance companys clear for that if you pay your deductible on it?
Answers:
The answer is, probably, 'NO'. The reason I utter that is it sounds to me like who ever be responsible for doing routine preventative maintenance on the car didn't. That voids your warranty...
Insurance doesnt cover power-driven problems, that why if you have the chance you buy the extended warranty. Are you sure the motor is gone or did you a moment ago blow a hose or the radiator.
