Is in attendance a clear in your mind extent of time where on earth someone have to brand name a claim on motor insurance or it will be voided?

I was recently involved within a motor vechicle accident and both my self and the other partie wont ammit blame, i have givin up so i am taking blame. for olden times week i have been trying to contact as my insurer requests her details to process the claim, she will not answer hr phone and now the phone is turned off, i own sent her several messages asking for her car details. i was wondering if their be a time limit that she has to any contact myself or my insurer befor the claim is not valid?

What you need to do is get your insurance company involved, who will discuss blame and coverage next to the other insurance company and you should stay out of it except to answer any questions your agent might have. Never confess blame just to close something out.
