10% of wages to medical insurance for correct force lone. Leagal?

My empployer has decided that adjectives empployees making less than $7.25 an hour must now money 10% of gross wages for insurance. This is a sudden move by the company. Is it leagal?

Companies can set up different insurance plans and coverages for employees as long as they disclose the information to let you know what coverages you are eligible for and what your contribution is. (Which it sounds similar to they have done)
If it puts them below minimum wage, it may be. Otherwise, they are allowed to make you wages for your insurance.
