Can i sue my son insurance if they donot pay packet my medical bills and lost wages?
Answers: Depends on what his policy covers. If the policy covers something and they don't payment it, then he can sue.
it sounds like they stopped paying b/c they didnt believe your medical bills and lost wages were reasonable.
Insurance companies dont a short time ago have to pay infinity amount of medical bills and lost wages purely b/c YOU think you still need time past its sell-by date work.
For example- if your medical records show your injury is very minor.. and you are still out of work... they arent going to cover that unless near is a valid reason why you would be.
Either that- or they wont covering you b/c you werent on the policy or smoething... we need WAY more info
You hit the deer? Why would you sue your son's insurance? Was it his car? Don't you own insurance in your own name for you as a driver?
If you do sue, his insurance will promising go up, maybe even obtain cancelled.
I have no theory, since you didn't give any information whatsoever about your medical bills or lost wages. What happen, who was at fault, that type of item.
You can sue any one for any thing. Does not mean you will win.
If this have to do with an automobile accident that your son cause - you do not sue the insurance company - you sue your son.
You did not provide enough information in your quiz to really give you a good answer.
EDIT: You enjoy added that you hit a deer. I take that to mean you be driving. You can't sue an insurance company. You have to sue the person who is at quirk for causing the accident. You sue the lax party.
Therefore, you could sue God b/c he is probably the owner of the deer and his deer was surrounded by the road way and should not have be. Of course, perfecting service on the Almighty - is gonna be tough and I don't know that a jury is going to rule against him.
So, your only other odds would be to sue yourself - since you were the driver of the vehicle. But you'd look awful dumb suing yourself. So that's out.
It all comes down to negligence. In charge for you to collect - someone has to have be negligent and their negligence is the cause of your injuries. The insurance company is not casual - they did not cause your injuries. You can't sue them and prevail.
If the car have Medical Payments Coverage or Personal Injury Protection, you may be able to get some assistance for your medical bills through that. Once you exhaust those (of if your son's vehicle does not have these coverages) you can file against any Med Pay or PIP you hold on your personal auto policy.
Uninsured Motorist coverage would not apply. The deer is not an uninsured motor vehicle.
Sorry....but sometimes cr(a)p happens and you don't get remunerated for it. This is one of those times.

Why would your son's insurance company be responsible for your medical bills and lost wages?? That makes no sense...
More info is still needed. What state are you in? Do you know why they are not paying or have denied your med/wage claim? Could it be that your son did not own adequate coverage? Does he have medical salary coverage and/or No-Fault(PIP)? Source(s): Semi-Retired Claims supervisor.
