From what I could find the Chick-fil-a corporate department does not handle the health insurance benefits and other HR matter but leaves it up to the individual franchisees.
What you would want to do is call the Chick-fil-a where you are thinking in the region of working and see if that particular location offers form benefits.

All restaurants and businesses must provide workman's comp for their workers.
Now, Chick-Fil-A is a fast-food restaurant, but I think that they still will submission it. I would go to them and inquire, though.
