Does any one know of a medical insurance that will adopt you even if you enjoy a pryor medical condition?

My brother has a preexisting back problem and his insurance mover refuses to pay for any doctors visit that involve his back. So he was wondering if at hand is an insurance company that would pay for his doctor visits for his spinal column even though it is a preexisting condition.
Answers:
does your brother be admited? actually you may try to aply the medical insurance first, normally company will ask your brother to attend a medical check-up. if the medical report is biddable, maybe company will accept your aplication beside loading on your premium base on how's the status & condition of your brother's back problem. anyway u may contact me if you call for any help or consult from me. 012-4532123
Welcome to the scam that we call health insurance. The single way insurance will cover it is: If the insurance is through work!
If he gets a post that gives insurance than yes, that insurance will cover the expenses after a period. (usually 6 or 12 months)

If he tries to buy condition insurance himself, they will have an exclusion clause.

No go and consent to your senator know that this system needs to change or you'll vote for the other guy!

cheers
No, insurance is to insure against risk not to pay after the problem have happened. It would be like buying flood insurance single after a flood. He may be able to be covered on his employers insurance, medicaid or medicare.
If you live in the USA here are your choices:

procure a job that includes health insurance. The policy for a group usually doesn't hold these preexisting conditions.

Buy a policy that after some time (usually one or two years) the preexisting conditions will be covered.

Vote democrat. Always, in every election. (This should be surrounded by addition to whatever you choose. Hopefully someday soon we will link the rest of the civilized world and realize that for profit health care-is evil.)
Group policy is your brother's best substitute. Insurance is generally designed to displace an unknown risk, not a known risk.

I be watching LA Ink one night and Pixie needed her tonsils taken out. After hearing how much the operation be, she said, "It's okay, I'll just get robustness insurance." What organization in their right mind would permit you pay a few hundred for an operation that would cost a few thousand?? It just doesn't kind sense.

Don't give me sob stories. My wife is uninsurable. My brother is uninsurable. You just have need of to learn how to work around it.
If he's experienced of working then some companys dont' have the pre-exisiting opportunity but a lot do. Its best to check before mitt. Most companies that don't cover pre-existing usually only investigate up to 3 months prior to his medical insurnace effective date but can dance up to 6 months.

Also did your brother have medical insurnce prior to the current carrier. If he did and be for a year or more and there wasn't a gap of 63 days or more consequently pre-existing can be waived by obtaining a message of credible coverage from the prior carrier. Per HIPAA laws, an insurance company have to waive pre-existing if you had this coverage. Source(s): 5 years customer service with insurance company.
No, they don't - it's like trying to place a bet at the track, after the race is over.

His one and only shot is to get a job next to group health insurance - and just skulk out the 18 months or so for the pre-existing condition. After the 18 months, they would start covering it. Source(s): agent, 21+ years
