My father-in-law died contained by the hospital and does not enjoy medical insurance.Do we own to foot his medical bills?

I have no idea how this works. Who will be the one to take-home pay fior my father in laws medical bills.
Answers:
I don't know, but DO NOT volunteer to do it without chitchat to a lawyer first. If you volunteer to pay and after change your mind they might have some trial rights to make you keep on beside it. I would see a good lawyer who specializes surrounded by health cases.
Not unless your name is on them. If your autograph or signature is not on any paperwork, then you don't have to rate a dime. When my Mom passed, I never paid a cent because I never signed any paperwork, except for her caregivers from the agency.
You're not individually responsible, but his estate is. Any money that he left behind, and any insurance policy, would own to be used to pay his remaining bills. If there's not enough, the bills would be written stale unless they were jointly made, resembling a second person on a mortgage, or a co-signer.
