Will Having HPV Hurt My Chances of Getting Good Medical Insurance?
I was sexually assaulted 10 months ago and as a result I have low-risk HPV (genital wart.) This strain does not cause cancer or any cervical changes, just ugly warts.
I have treatment to remove the warts. Now it is on my record that I enjoy HPV.
Will this hurt my chances at getting a good policy contained by the future? Will they insinuate that if I have an STD, I must be "loose" and front a risky lifestyle that includes smoking, drinking, and other unhealthy behaviors? It is not my fault for getting the STD because I be sexually assualted.
I have an anxiety disorder so I worry constantly. Please describe me if I am worrying for nothing or if my worries are warranted.

No. dont worry nearly that at all. I'm a smoker, i got HPV and HSV from my EX-boyfriend:(, i enjoy scoliosis, and chronic migraines, and with all of that i be able to get excellent insurance.
It shouldn't. Although it is a pre-existing condition, it isn't life threatening so it shouldn't stop you from mortal able to get vigour insurance.

I hear ya on the anxiety disorder. I've be dealing with that since I was a kid. I know have HPV doesn't help with your nerves. I spent tons months coming to terms with it and my anxiety be unbearable just trying to matter with all of it.
Your insurance will not be artificial. I think if insurance companies held that against you thousands of people would be have problems with their insurance companies! Besides, most companies cover the HPV test. It's such a adjectives thing now and I don't focus they can really do anything about it except cover you.

WHAT HAPPENED TO U HAS NO AFFECT ON UR PERSONAL WELL BEING OF MEDICAL INSURANCE.. it may be brought up if ur considering of becoming a doctor or working in the tenet enforcement just because they need to know.. but it wont produce u ineligible for the job.. but u will be okay.. and i am very sorry of what happen 2 u..
