Can a Canadian citizen take medical insurance contained by the US
I'm mostly wanting to know about dental insurance and if its something you have to hold a SSN to purchase/use it. if anyone can suggest any companies that'd be great too. Thanks.

Well, you don't have to be a US Citizen to get a SS number!
But I haven't see any private dental policies that pay out, more than they cost, either. And they won't cover a Canadian provider - just a US one, that's "in network".
Between deductibles, coverage limitations, and waiting periods, it's probably going to cost you more to buy the policy than pay envelope the services out of pocket. Source(s): agent, 21+ years
in many states they will not pass you health insurance, in the state of massachusetts however you can hold access to dental and medical insurance through the state government regardless of your immigration status... for free.
