I would suggest planned parenthood, they often can aid you find health insurance for women in your situation. There are also free clinics that can regularly be of help, I am not sure of North Carolina and where you should dance exactly.
Just remember a hospital cannot deny medical services when you don't have insurance so that is other a last resort. Maybe the father should get a work that offers immediate vigour insurance so that way at least your child will be covered and you when you are getting married. I know Darden Restaurants (Olive Garden, Red Lobster) and other places similar to Target offer immediate form insurance from the first week of hire.
Moving home is probably your best option that way you own help through all of this.
Good Luck and hope this help!
call 2-1-1 from a land strip. they can help you find help for medicaid or what you qualify for, utility/rental or warranty deposit help, help you find wic and social services, diapers, formula, clothes, food, etc.

I'm not from North Carolina, but this website should direct you to the local office. At least possible get that done as soon as you can. Then you might want to try a temp agency for a job. It will grasp harder and harder to find work as you start to show, but temp agencies usually don't care. It will help near the bills for a while.
OK, you need to contact the NC chapter of The Gabriel Project - here - http://www.stmichaelcary.org/ministry/ga… If you decide to move home, whereever specifically, here's the national contact list: http://www.gabrielproject.com/contacts.h…
The Gabriel Project tries to provide the needed emotional, physical and spiritual support during pregnancy and after the birth of the kid as long as help is needed. They will provide support for pregnant women, regardless of age, marital status, religion, see, etc., including medical, housing, clothing, whatever.
And a bit of advice . . .if the father isn't within a position to support a family, marrying him basically because you're pregnant, is probably not a good idea.
