From your current situation, I would bet that your chest stomach-ache is from panic attacks. I think you own more anxiety than a bad heart. But again I don't know your family history (genetics), your ingestion habits, ext. Go to WebMD.com and find a GP that would answer your questions for free.
Your chest pain is grounds for worry if it is worse with exertion, cannot be localized or it radiate down the limbs, chest etc.

It is not a cause for verbs if can be localized and reproducible with movement of that area, as it is probably musculoskeletal contained by nature. At your age it should not be anything to worry going on for unless you have a significant past medical history.
