Unfortunately now that she's BEEN surrounded by the accident, there are not lots health plans that will accept her until she's be sign, symptom and treatment free for a minimum of 3 months.

One thing that you may want to do is to contact the department of health for the county that you live contained by and inquire about the County Medical Indigent program. It's a program that will allow your daughter to declare herself medically indigent or "poor" for the purposes of reception follow up care for her injuries. They most likely won't know how to cover her retroactively back to the date of the original stroke of luck, but it could help for future thinking.

Most hospitals have charity care for patients that qualify financially. Ask at the hospital she be treated at about this. If they are also a trauma facility and she met those medical criteria, there may also be support there.

Depending on the state you are in, she may qualify for medicaid-but this vary from state to state.
You didn't say whose fault the luck was. If your daughter is not at fault afterwards the other persons auto insurance will pay her medical bills, even though she have no insurance.
