After getting hit by a hackney cab, the ER doctor asked me if I enjoy medical insurance. What should I do?.?
Answers: Another idiot
better hope you hold some insurance or a good lawyer
You recount them NO! They can not reject you in an ER room for no insurance..You might get a big as bill but they will work next to you on payments.
its better than being dead
Say yes and verbs about the consequences later.
Once a liar always a cheat
I know what you are getting at - you don't want your insurance to compensate if you don't feel they should (i.e. the taxi should pay) but to be precise not relevant to the hospital or to you at the moment. IF your insurance pays whent he taxi should have your insurance company uses its inhouse lawyer to be "indemnified" by the taxi driver. They get their money rear legs trust me - also having your insurance pay does not preclude you from suing the hackney cab cab - you are not letting them "off the hook" by anyone honest with the ER doctor. The TRUTH always sets you free bro - you are contained by the clear here.
Well, your only choice is tell him the truth;
TELL THE TRUTH!
droop onto your head hes getting ready to throw ya out the door,,,,,,,lol
Sue the doctor, then you would get plenty money to afford treament. :-( I'm surprised! You actually got to see a doctor? Not a nurse? Wow!, You are lucky!
If you hold insurance, tell them so. They'll charge the insurance company instead of you. If you tell them you don't, they'll bill you.
If you don't enjoy insurance, tell them so. If you tell them you hold insurance when you don't, it's fraud. If the cost is more than $400 (which it will be) it's a felony... and you'll still be responsible for the bill.
Don't worry, no ER is going to turn you away if you need give a hand.
Tell the truth. Saying you enjoy insurance when you don't is fraud. And if you do have it, why lie?
Tell the truth!!
