Employer charging everyone for medical insurance, even those who enjoy chosen not to benefit?
Can an employer effectivly charge everyone for Medical insurance to cover only part of the member of staff base?
My company has established instead of increasing the premium cost to the employees that have insurance, to take off two days vacation from everyone to cover the increase in cost.
So those team who do not even have insurance, are now paying for those who do.

Unless you have a contract your employer to change your income as they see fit. You on the other hand are free to quit. They are having to cut a cost somewhere to discharge for for the coverage they offer the employees. This is where on earth they decided to do it.

Mine now monitors every single minute of productivity, and our job are threatened daily, the pressure is huge, and has ruined that, wow I finally get a job after being sour work for so long. Its a nightly gut wrenching, is tonight the night they go through and verbs house and get rid of people.
