Access medical insurance, mental vigour?

i have a problem with adjectives and i'm thinking of getting professional help but only if my insurance will cover it and my parents dont own to find out. i'm currently 19 so i think that would be fine. but I dont know how to find out what my plan covers, like medication analysis whatever. Anyone know how I can find that out?
