Will i verbs to take-home pay child support if i be to gain medical insurance for my son?
Right now the states garnishes 132 from my remuneration bi-weekly. If i were to get insurance through an insurance agent that would equal the amount of child support i.e. garnished, will i still have to discharge child support still?

99% of the time the courts actually require you to do both. Pay your child support amount AND carry medical insurance. I am surprised that they own not forced you to get insurance already. But the answer to your question is no. If you walk off & get the insurance, next you will still have to pay your child support.
