Child Support and Subsidized Employer Medical Insurance In New York State?

Hi, child support is calculated on my gross annual income.
Problem is that my employer adds the $12,000 that they contribute to my medical insurance onto my gross. So my base stipend of $70,000 is ballooned to $82,000.
I am paying additional money for child support on money that I never see, money that is not even a bonus!

Do I own a case if I ask the courts to reduce my child support base on this? Basically explaining to them that my actual income is $70,000 and that I’m paying on an extra $12,000 that I don’t see! And this on top of paying $350 out my salary for medical insurance as all right!

Not only am I providing coverage for my kids but I am also paying child support on the subsidized medical insurance contribution by my employer!

Do I have a casing to ask for an adjustment in Child Support in New York State?

Thanks!
