Can i sue a medical organization that refuse to treat me because i hold no money to repay the symmetry after insurance

Answers: No, a private medical office is a business, and they have every right to not provide services to relatives who can't pay them for those services.

If you need treatment you can step to an emergency room. They will still bill you, but they will at least treat you first.
I would NOT listen to Shana B if I were you. Avoid the emergency room if you can, and call you insurance company for a book of urgent care offices within your area. If you go to the ER, you'll shutting up paying at least 2 different fees... one fee for using the hospital (called a "facility charge"), and another bill from the doctor who treats you (called a "professional charge"). If there's any diagnostic carrying out tests or lab work involved....Yep, another fee for that, too. If you have a deductible, it's even worse, which manner insurance will probably pay nothing. YOU WILL. Source(s): I work for a strength insurance company.
No
No you can't. You would have to walk somewhere else. They can sue you for not paying though.
This is an unfortunate side of the failing American healthcare system--people who need healthcare are mortal denied this basic right because of money. Only the USA out of all focal industrialized nations has this "health-for-profit" system. Let's hope the subsequent president has the guts and know-how to regulation that.

You can't sue them. If I were in your shoes I would own let them treat me and get salaried what the insurance covers and ask them to bill me for the rest. Usually they agree to such arrangements. Then you can pay back at $5 a week or anything suits your budget.

I hope your problem is not life-threatening!
