Incorrect baptize beside medical insurance?

Hey everyone, My husband by mistake gave my incorrect name to medical insurance, he give my married name, however i haven't changed my name properly. But we do have a marriage warrant that says that my name is in actual fact the married name. But in adjectives other documents my name is still my maiden name. I'm right very soon 6.5 months pregnant, we only realized this when we thought of adjectives the formalities that have to be done when baby is born

Can this affect any documentation done at the time of baby's birth ? Can i correction my name with insurance very soon ? will this affect my ongoing pre-natal treatment or care or in any other route, or this will cause any kind of confusion next to the hospital authorities or Doctor's records ?

Please help we are really confused..

If your name is on the matrimonial certificate THAT is changing your term officially. You don't do anything else other than that. All you call for to do is take your marriage warrant and get a new SS card and drivers license. Your pet name is legally what is on the marriage ticket. I suggest you do that since your married name is your LEGAL name presently. Wether you have changed the other documents or not yet.. you entail to get those updated asap.
Well Idk what state you got married in or exactly what your conjugal license says but most of them dont say anything almost your name, because you choose to change your term if and when you want to. I was told when I got married that your autograph is not officially changed until you change it beside the social security office. you appropriate your marriage license to them to show you have the right to give somebody a lift your husbands family name, not because bridal license proves thats your name. as far as the medical insurance goes i dont infer it matters what name is on it whether its your actuall legitimate name or not, aslong as you have the right to 1. hail as yourself by his last name (and lawfully change it as such) should you chose to and 2. be a dependent on his insurance.
we were married before i get pregnant but it took me awhile to officially change my cross, i finally did so while pregnant, it didnt cause any trouble... funny though that our first U/S lists my maiden christen and the later ones have my married... i deliberate it looks funny

i seem to recall i needed to fix it near the insurance before the OB's but sounds like within your case you just entail to get you name changed rightfully... should probably do so asap... if the insurance company found out they could claim that YOU were never covered since legally the label they have is not your name and send regrets to cover the bills anymore or even require you to reimburse them
The name on the collection should in no way rework your heath care for the infant.

you should be able to change it. do you want it to stay your married label or do you want to change is back to her maiden term?
Hi,
When I present my invoices, my first name is different on everyone! No-one seems to spell my name right! I hold not had an issue and I am 34 weeks. However, as long as you can prove you are going by both names I wouldn't verbs.
