At first, no need of medical insurance here contained by UAE for visit visas (the present rules) if you are not renewing the visa. The visit visa in general valid for 60 days from the date of entry.
So, you have to take a medical insurance once you renew your look in visa for another one more month. The med. insurance counter will be there within NRD's.
Second thing, it is 100% clear that visit visa is singular for the purpose of visiting this country or entering the country and it is clear that working on visit visa is informal and hence a punishable offense here. So keep this in mind back taking any decision.

It is illegal to work on a call in visa! If you want to get all your medical insurance rights, and other rights you should simply ask the company/place you will working for to sponsor you.
