Would you divulge personal information within direct to keep hold of medical insurance?

Husband's company is demanding information that I consider private and don't want to disclose. I have two options: comply, or lose coverage. What would you do?
Answers:
It's just another ploy for insurance companies to know how to reject services that your doctor deems medically necessary. It is up to you how you manipulate it. I would consult an attorney.
Unfortunately, in that is no way around giving personal information if you want coverage.

It is kind of resembling asking for a bank loan and expecting the loan officer to give you money base on nothing but a handshake.

Insurance companies are surrounded by business to make money. So are grocery stores. However, we don't expect grocery stores to feed the hungry.

Until loan officer start giving loans without any background checks and grocery stores start giving away food to the hungry we should stop expecting insurance companies to insure race who are unhealthy BEFORE they applied for their policies.

I truly feel for those who hold serious medical issues and cannot get coverage. It breaks my heart to listen to some of the stories I hear from people who have need of but can't get coverage.

I'm not at all adage that those people don't deserve coverage. I'm just wise saying that an insurance company should not put themselves out of business by covering people who have serious medical issues when they apply so long as they don't drop empire who get sick AFTER their policy's effective date.

Of course a big insurance company can insure a few more sick population, just like a wall might be able lose money on a few more bad loans and stay contained by business. However opening the floodgates to all potential insured and borrowers, will put these entities out of business.

We the citizens (you and me and our government) should help those in requirement. Expecting a for profit company to do our job isn't right. Source(s): https://lovetherates.com/blog/insurance/…
I've kept insurance my complete life, whether in the military (and you simply get free insurance there) or on my own and paid. I didn't grasp the necessity of it until after all of the rain and the potential for flooding that occur in the area within which i live, and I injured my back while helping my community. Up until that point in my existence the only time i went to the doctor be when i was forced to by the military for physicals, or for injury.

If i didn't have insurance presently I would be broke due to the costs involved in ultimately what its going to take to restore my final to some semblance of operational status.

So while you might be at some point in your enthusiasm where you can question whether or not you call for insurance, the point of all of this is, one day you may finish off up needing the benefits for months of therapy and seizure.

So you make the choice.. Is not giving them the information worth potential life ruin? or do you meditate you can live without it? If you have children or are chronological 40 I would say that you just involve to give them the information they are requesting. Source(s): my life
