You should be in DEERS and ur insurance is tri-care.
You don't own to be seen on the base. You can be in motion to the tri care website and find providers in your nouns. Tri Care pays for mostly everything that is not in their framework, but you should talk to tri care customer service to try to win all the information before you move about some where and they wont pay.

They are pious about paying because my daughter had a surgery that tri carefulness was not a part of and they rewarded for it anyway and it was 2 years after the surgery.

You still should call so you aren't disappeared with any bills...
The program is Tricare, there are two different programs available. If you are just enter into DEERS and didn't sign up for anything else after receiving your ID card then you are on Tricare Standard where on earth there is a co-pay and yearly deductible. You are see at civilian hospitals/clinics and civilian doctors. You must make sure they are approved by Tricare first. If you did sign up for a program through online or the base hospital after it is Tricare Prime where you are seen on groundwork and there is no co-pay or yearly deductible. You will receive a card surrounded by the mail for it. Source(s): http://www.tricare.mil
Well there is no such point as Airforce medical insurance. It's tricare and every branch uses it. Since your daughter is a dependent she has more options than the service member do. She needs to contact the tricare office and find a catalogue of providers in her area to find a doctor that she like and would like to be her doctor the website to contact them is http://www.tricare.mil/contactus/ they will be able to serve her out and let her know what she should do. The only piece about her going off underside to see a doctor is she might have to pay a bit bit of extra money through tricare to do that its not much I think it is just a monthly payment but that is the only difference between going on underside and off base. I reason it is a much better idea for her to see doctors off bottom instead of on base she will get deeply better treatment. Source(s): http://www.tricare.mil/contactus/
