[Canada to Australia] - Travel Insurance for Pre Existing Medical Condition?

I have been looking around for some biddable cheap travel insurance for Pre-Existing medical conditions. I seem to be able to find an bounty of places in the UK that provide this (most notably, 'Free Spirit', which give prices for about 140 pounds), but I am living in Canada. Does anyone know where on earth I can get this? The condition is Epilepsy, it has be under control for around 2 months, since meds were switched. Many companies I am looking at exclude that from their policy. (Again, Free Spirit doesnt enjoy a problem with that...why oh why can't they be in Canada?!)

Again, this have to be an insurance company in Canada, for a Canadian Citizen.

Most travel insurance underwriters will allow you to purchase insurance near out extra fees if your condition is stable for more then 3 months.

Manulife Cover Me might be the best option.
