Any articles on cost of medical treatment surrounded by China? Or stories of foreigners surrounded by China beside no insurance?
Answers: no info... only personal cases different from provice to province... if you indicate the province or the city you will get more than only this...

It is not as fruitless as you might think or others may lead you to believe! My 4 year outdated was born in China, within a chinese hospital, a maternity hospital at that, it cost us less than 500 dollars canadian. He also spent two weeks contained by a children's hospital in one of the most expensive cities in china, near appendicitis at the age of three, and it cost less than 1000$.
The question is how someone may get the impression about the way they shift about things which is often different than the western expectation, and smaller quantity sanitary surroundings as well. As for day to sunshine issues you would spend less on seeing the doctor and buying the prescription in china than you would buying your prescription surrounded by Canada.
A major illness would be more of a concern plainly. But in general its not that impossible.
For minor things you can be seen by a chinese doctor quite cheaply at public clinics surrounded by cities without insurance but you may have to dawdle a very long time in queue and may not enjoy the experience, You will find it very easier said than done to use this service if you do not speak enough chinese. Over the counter and prescription drugs are generally not overly expensive.
Western medical treatment is adjectives private and so very expensive and only available surrounded by major cities.
Basically if you have serious disease or require hospital treatment you are probably going to be in big trouble if you don't have insurance.
