8 weeks pregnant minus medical insurance?
I'm a server and don't make enough surrounded by my paycheck to pay for medical insurance at my work place. I can't be put on my fiance's insurance until we're married. what are my options to cover adjectives my medical bills?
Answers:
Your fiance's insurance probably still won't cover your pregnancy when you get married. It's a pre-existing condition and most insurance companies won't cover that.
Try medicaid or a parenthood discount card.
turn to your social security office and apply for the medical card. Since you are pregnant and low-income, you should be eligible for it. Take near you copies of your bills (rent/mortgage, electric, phone, etc).. also they will want copies of any bank statements. You can get a proof of pregnancy from any ob/gyn, merely tell them that you are applying for the medical card and need a proof of pregnancy.
See if you qualify for state assistance or Medicaid. Those are your merely options. Not everyone gets a free ride. Source(s): Also 8 wks beside no insurance and no hope of getting any assistance. I will have to pay for everything myself.
They have insurance that is low cost for low income those.
I would try cenergy (Spelling)
it is as low as 5.00 a day. I just saw the commercial
Go ahead and win the JP marriage so the baby is covered.
If adjectives elese fails than go on medicaid.
Save your money, pay off bills little by little. Don't punish the taxpayers for your mistake!!
Depending on the state you live contained by you should be able to receive Medicaid. Go to FIA and fill out an app. It take a bit of work but it should cover you for the duration of your pregnancy and the baby afterward.
I agree completely near what Nekkid said...
When exactly is your wedding? Depending on how you feel around the situation and if for whatever reason medicaid doesn't work out, move about to court and get legally married so he can donate you onto his policy before the doctor's visits become more frequent. You can other have your actual wedding afternoon with your white dress and reception at a later time and exchange vows next without signing the papers. Honestly, nobody will ever know the difference unless you tell them because signing the papers is not done infront of anyone. That's usually trailing the scene.
Good luck!!
Apply for medicaid at your local Department of Social Services.
Try Medicaid
medicaid should cover you
if your guy has really good insurance capture married now. but if he doesn't try to get medicaid. and if you dont hold any insurance and the baby comes early or somethings wrong near the baby, the baby can be surrounded by the daddys insurance!!
