What does pregnant foreigner next to no medical insurance do?
My sister-in-law is 7 months pregnant and was scheduled to return to her country of derivation (Turkey) this week, however, she had emergency false labor and now she is prohibited to leave the country until after giving birth. She CANNOT afford a birth here, is there any program that can assist her during an emergency birth?

Here is a good warning from a personal expirience. Father of my sister-in-law was visiting from another country and get very ill. He have surgery and applied for Medicaid. They paid for everything. Just call your local Medicaid organization and they will tell you what to do.
