Lol! You are funny! Wow...I would figure no bearing. Great question.
There are many standard exclusions on life insurance policies. The first one that comes to mind when I read your put somebody through the mill says something like the insurance company will not compensate benefits when the death of the insured is as a result of the commission of an unlawful act. I reflect they could argue that, although it was not the direct cause, such as person shot while trying to hold up a liquor store, that the cause of your death contained by this situation was an indirect result of your illegal work.

If you don't do the crime, this really doesn't matter, does it? Source(s): Certified Insurance Consultant - Life and Health - Connecticut.

Depends on what the exclusions of the policy are.
Suicide, Death sentence anything that is not a innate cause is an exemption to the policy.
i'm not sure... but here's one for ya
why isnt it considered murder when someone gets the passing sentence?? yeah i know they would've had to do some really bad stuff, but why isnt it considered murder when the organization kills people? similar to war or police for example
An insurance policy is a contract; read the terms of your policy.
don't have to be disappearance penalty. Life insurance exclude any death as a result of a criminal conduct yourself
