"Professional licensure" on charge application - Should I put down things that don't apply to the opening?

I'm applying for a job, and they ask me to "Indicate Professional Licensure and/or Registration Number and State if applicable." I have a Life and Health Insurance license surrounded by Missouri, but this job has really nothing to do with insurance. Am I lone supposed to put down licenses I have that might apply to this specific position?>
"> No they want to know everything that you are capable of. It shows what responsibilities that you may have have in the past.
I would put it down anyway. There's no spoil in providing that information, and you never know when it might come in handy. It also shows your employer that you enjoy enough follow-through and dedication to get licensed surrounded by your field, even if you're changing career now.
