Feel like I got the license contained by vain.Everyone that I look into wants money from me(UGA,Cornerstone) to join even though I own the license.

I've get to tell you, I was within the same boat in 2003, and later I found Aflac. It has been everything I'd ever hoped it be and more...budge to aflac.com and search for a local office. Give them a shot!
Getting started is not glib. Yes it seems as though everyone is looking for money from you. Once you get signed next to a company it will get better and eventually you will find yourself making some good money. Providing you enjoy a following of people you can deal near. Most companies don't give you leads. I work next to Guardian and think they are a very biddable company to be affiliated with. Another good company is AFLAC. Look on the internet and see where on earth they are located in your area and name them. Insurance companies are always recruiting.
Good Luck.
try american national. they enjoy a guarantee for your first six months.

New York Life does not require money up front to work for them. I currently work beside them and if you have any questions you can email me. Source(s): Dustin K Lawrence

Well, any company that will take you.
You're probably best off, hitching your horse to a local agency that already have some contracts in place - that will give you a grain for the water, give you access to on the available job training, and, of course, give you access to multiple contracts. Source(s): agent, 21+ years
