Did you know that frequent cases of breast lessening is covered by form insurance?
I didn't know and suffered for years. You have to have exhausted adjectives of your means to deal beside the rashes, shoulder/neck pain, support bras, shoulder pad etc and a minimum of 500 or 600 grams must be taken from each breast. It has be a life changing experience for me.

I got mine reduced Feb 2006 and don't regret it one bit!
And, the conditions really depend on the insurance itself. Some companies adjectives you need to do is show proof (pictures and your complaints) about the posterior pain and size of your breasts and all they'll utter is "take out 600 grams total" (Mine had 4.8 lbs taken rotten, over twice the amount they required to cover it!). Some will need you to go through chiropractic precision, have doctors send correspondence about your difficulties, possibly lose weight, etc.

i simply had 700g removed from one and 780 grams removed from another and i was still denied by 2 insurances. insurances hold all different criteria. i was a 32DDD/E complaining and posterior pain, grooves, etc and it didn't help. finally my 3rd insurance approved me.
but yes, it is a wonderful experience, and i can't hang about until i am completely healed so i can start doing things again.
