Is motor rental company own any liability insurance for the saloon I will rent from them?
Answers: they do...however any damage caused by you is on you. If you hold full coverage auto insurance on your personal vehicle...check with them to see if they cover a rental. If they don't then the motor rental agency will ask you to purchase their insurance...but that's very expensive. So you should have that rider on your insurance. If something happen to the car that is your quirk...you will be the one who pays.
