Car fluke, my guiltiness, liability insurance?

I got into a car catastrophe. i was making a right on a red light, as soon as i made the turn, a motor hit me on the drivers side. The police report shows he had the right of way because he have a green light but im the one that got hit and presently my whole bumper is off. Im 22 and a boy so full coverage be an arm and a leg so i had liability. now the damages hold to come out of my pocket. once i can pay for the damages i will get full coverage but until next DOES ANYONE KNOW OF HOW I CAN GET A LOAN TO PAY FOR MY DAMAGES OR OF A PLACE THAT WILL REPAIR MY CAR AND LET ME PAY IN PAYMENTS? any advice at all.
first rotten, it's YOU who is at fault...and if you didn't have insurance next it's up to you to deal with it...you're over 18....
we don't know what genus of car you have, where on earth you live, what things cost where you live or anything else...
grow up and deal...phone books are FULL of phone numbers to phone for info...

no one will loan you money for car repairs...
