How do I attain public liability insurance for the studio I am renting for a workspace?

I am renting a studio in a large mill building. The studios for rent are for business purposes single, not for residential purposes. I need to be covered for $1,000,000 public liability insurance according to my lease. I have be searching around, but it seems i can simply find regular renters insurance, which is mainly for renting a place where you live. I don't really know much nearly insurance, so any information would be helpful.
Thanks!
Nate

Contact a property and casualty company, they are the ones that do homeowners insurance too. state farm does this i know. you can look within the phone book if you have one.
You can find a business policy. That is what you need to ask for. Just tell them that you are renting within the building but you need a business policy. A business policy covers your business property and liability.

Call for some quotes for a business policy. It doesn't cost that much. Source(s): www.statefarm.com
I am a licensed insurance agent. You need a Business Owners Policy.

I would be bright and breezy to talk with you and provide a quote, fre of charge. Please email me if youre interested.
