How to find if a company have liability insurance?

I was working for a company that filed for banckruptcy a week ago, they owe me money and they dont reward, I contacted a lawyer and he told me if they have a liability inssurance we can shift after them, they are listed on nasdaq, how can I know if they have one and who is their insurance? appreciation a lot

If they're listed on NASDAQ, after they're a public company that most assuredly would carry all different kind of insurance. Call them and ask for the name of their insurance company. This is not information that they usually withhold.
